Youth & Familiy

The Youth and Family departments support parents and guardians in the upbringing, care and education of children and young people. In doing so, they focus on preventive, family-supporting services that contribute to creating positive living conditions for families.

The spectrum of tasks ranges from the organisation of quality childcare to educational counselling and the protection of children's well-being, to the promotion of offers for young people to create a child- and family-friendly environment.
Everybody experiencing problems or in an emergency situation, especially children and young people, can turn to the youth and family departments.
