Construction Supervision

The Local Building Authority of the Hochtaunus District is responsible for the Construction Supervision. The towns Bad Homburg and Oberursel are responsible for their own Building Supervision.

The objective of the tasks is the public building law. In addition to building permit procedures, preliminary building applications and construction control, this also includes construction burdens, subdivision approvals and certificates of seclusion.
